Generally, "slips and falls" (also called "trips and falls" or "slips, trips, and falls") would describe injuries occurring on someone else’s property as a result of a dangerous condition on that property--for instance, slipping and injuring yourself on food spilled on a restaurant floor. These kinds of accidents can occur on any property, whether public or private, such as parks, apartment-building common areas, private homes, or your office.
One out of four of all occupant deaths among children ages 0 to 14 years involve a drinking driver. More than two-thirds of these fatally injured children ride with the drinking drivers (Shults 2004)
